Talk about an INSPIRATIONAL video!! There is nothing like running to bring people together, I love races for that reason alone!

and let me answer some of your questions.
1. there is tons of races here in florida but unfortunely i haven't done any :( soon though and i'm going to san diego for a mud run
(1/2 marathon worth of fun :) ) in october with a few friends.
2. you soak it in HOT water when you get stung by sting ray because of the bacteria they insert into your body. if it gets worst (going up your vains) then go to the ER. If you have your Tetnus shot you should be okay.

I love coupons! If you wanna try it just google bath and body coupons and then buy the 90% off stuff.. print off as many as you want and then buy one thing for $.64.. use a coupon. Then buy another thing for $.64 .. use another coupon. If I were thinking would have printed off more than 3 and bought matching trial size stuff for presents! Oh well, you live and you learn right.
okay.. watched the video ..had to go run (couldnt even finish watching till I went) i miss all our runs in the mountains. -so I'm off around the last week in july -whens this santa barbara to san diego dealy go? Im game!
